                Topped with red onion slaw, Gorgonzola cheese, and pistachio nut praline.

                with chopped lean bacon, hard boiled egg, seasonal fruits, and grilled

        Balsamic marinated portabella mushroom, served with grilled red onions and melted

“Philly” Cheese Steak Sandwich                                                                                                                   $8

       The “beef lovers” sandwich, one-third pound of medium rare sliced sirloin sautéed

          with onions, marinara and cheddar cheese.  Served on a Ciabatta roll.

 

Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich                                                                                                                  $8

      Served with proscuitto, roasted red peppers, and melted Swiss cheese. Topped with

         balsamic dressed fresh greens.

 

Chicken Quesadilla                                                                                                                                        $8

           Grilled herb tortilla filled with chicken, veggies, and cheddar cheese.

 

Union Hall Inn Burger                                                                                                                                   $7

          Fresh ground 9 oz sirloin burger with lettuce, tomato, pickle and fries.

       Two Maryland style crab cakes with a duo of roasted red pepper and lemon caper aiolis.

             

       Grilled Portabella Mushroom Louise                                                                                                    $10 

         Mounded with a crab cake and melted cheddar cheese, finished with lemon burre blanc

          and served on a bed of rice pilaf.

 

      Monte Cristo                                                                                                                                             $7

         Ham and turkey on white or wheat with Swiss cheese and cranberry sauce, then cinnamon

            egg dipped and pan-fried until golden brown.

 

      Orecchiette Pasta                                                                                                                                   $11

         Pasta            tossed with hickory smoked chicken, mushrooms, fresh tomato and spinach.  Finished

            in a light chardonnay cream sauce.

 

     Caribbean Jerk Beef Wrap                                                                                                                      $8

        Pan-seared julienned beef tenderloin dusted with Caribbean Jerk seasoning served with

          shallots, garlic, tomatoes, shredded lettuce accompanied by roasted garlic aioli.

        All sandwiches have a choice of Ciabatta, white, or whole wheat bread.  All sandwiches and wraps are served with house salad or homemade Saratoga chips
